Questions

Is a three-page résumé really fine in Australia?

Yes, for experienced candidates. Australian employers expect more detail than US ones; just keep the first page strong.

What are working rights?

Your legal ability to work in Australia: citizen, permanent resident, or visa subclass and conditions. Put it near the top.

Should I include referees?

Two referees with name, title and contact are expected, or "Referees available on request" is acceptable here, unlike in the US or UK.
